I have experience of more than two decades in the education sector- school as well as higher education. I have taught psychology as well as done social emotional and career-college counselling. Presently using counselling skills in leading the outreach team pan India for Krea University. This has amplified my network pan India in the education sector. Developed region based strategies to build university brand. Initiated new projects by collaboration with chain of schools. designed student engagement plan, communication plan. I have curated and conducted various sessions for students and parents pan India in Career and college counselling- India and Abroad, educational counselling, parenting workshops, professional development programs and Life Skills Training for students. I have mentored hundreds of counsellors globally. I strongly believe that career and life journey need to be weaved together. I am a passionate educator and want to create a difference in the education industry. I have worked with various stakeholders, I want to give it back to society whatever I have learnt. My another passion is to bring spirituality and knowledge of Vedas in daily life. They teach us the best life skills. We are almost there when we talk about "quantam" world.
